BANANA TAHINI LUCUMA SMOOTHIE
A nourishing banana smoothie loaded with lots of good stuff…
If you don’t have any of the powdered ingredients on hand, skip them and this will turn out just as delicious. I just like to add in what I have to make this as nutritious as possible.
YOU WILL NEED
- 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk 
- 1 banana 
- 1 date, pitted 
- 2 tablespoons tahini 
- 1 teaspoon lucuma powder 
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt 
- 2 tablespoons marine collagen powder, optional 
- 1 tablespoon maca powder, optional 
TO MAKE
In a high-powered blender add the non dairy milk, ice, banana, date, tahini, lucuma, cinnamon, salt, collagen, and maca. Process at a high speed until all of the little bits are puréed.
