Blew my own mind with these… pure nostalgia.
Growing up in the South most likely results in eating an ungodly amount of fried chicken, not to mention a particular, incredibly delicious drive-thru chicken nugget with honey mustard.
This is my cleaned up version using a grain free batter and no junk honey mustard. Let me just tell you… these did not disappoint!

Matcha Almond Cake
If you know me, you know I love my daily matcha… and I occasionally (often) pride myself on playing the role of matcha evangelist, converting friends to my matcha ways. I’m going to be rolling out a few ways I like to use this magical powder that differ from my usual latte concoctions.
