We long to thrive in our bodies, but vibrant health looks different for everyone. The question is: how does it look for you?

Discovering this for myself has been—and continues to be—a journey. For many years I struggled with chronic inflammation, poor gut health, eczema and fatigue. After some pretty low points with my health, I became serious about healing, learning healthy eating habits, and adapting beloved recipes to be more nutrient dense.

In this space, I hope to demystify anti-inflammatory eating and show that a lifestyle free of grains, refined sugar and dairy—with the occasional splurge—can become second nature. You’ll discover new ways to improve your health and vitality that will also inspire ingenuity in the kitchen. I’ll share the recipes and creative resources that have transformed my journey back to balance, as well as occasional musings on good design, travel and family.
